Should the lye and water mixture be at the same temperature as the oils are?Can I use lye solution that has higher temps than oils?How can I balance?Any help will be appreciated...

They should be at least close, no more than 10 degrees different. Soap as cool as possible, say around 105 to 110 degrees.

Welllllllll.

I used to check the temps on oils & lye/water. Now, I make sure the lye/water is close to 110 & the oil pot is cool enough to put my hand on.

Maybe I've been incredibly lucky, but I haven't had any problems doing that.
