Soap behaving abnormally

Yes but it looks like glycerin rivers still in the gelled area.

Today I made this soap , as per you advise lye concentration was changed to 33% , faced no issue There was no problem regarding glycerin river or what ever that was , thanks a lot
But another problem erupted , is it partial gelling , pls advise

yes
this is partial gel, with glycerin rivers in the partially gelled area

higher lye concentration soap recipes gel at a higher temperature than lower lye concentration soap
to fully gel your recipe in your location, briefly insulate your soap as it gels (watch for the gel to reach the edges)

when the gel has reached the edges, or the soap begins to cool, cool your soap rapidly to avoid glycerin rivers
