Tonight's dinner of Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Coleslaw. That is if I ever decide to make the coleslaw today.
Last night we put the Pork Butt in the Smoker at 11 pm at 225ºF took it out at 6 am wrapped in foil with orange juice and returned it to the smoker until noon today. Below is the results. It is delicious. I also brined the butt for 4 days before smoking it. Got my meat for the week. :D I picked up this piece of Pork at S&F marked down to $3 for an 8 lb bone-in. Can't beat the price for a week's worth of meat that is very versatile. I absolutely love my old Smokin Tex Smoker. It has smoked many Turkeys and lots of Albacore.

Oooh! Good score, Carolyn! Pork butt is one of my favorite meats to smoke too. I pull it like you did, eat some, and freeze the rest. It's so handy to have in the freezer to make all kinds of meals.
