Little molecules that are able to attach themselves to proteins can also trigger allergies, even when a person isn't allergic to the actual protein itself.

Thankyou, SaltedFig! I saw something about that a day or two ago and did not read further at the time. I am so glad you shared the link so I can find it again when I have time to take a serious look! Until I get my computer working again I am at the mercy of my tiny little tablet and it's a royal pain to use. Today computer troubleshooting is my first priority after Hubby leaves for work.
