I recently dicided to cut up those silicone baking mats to line my mold with, worked really well :) Watch out with the spray; used it on the door hinges once and I swear I could glide agross the room for weeks

I don't know if it would work on bare wood.
Let us know how it turns out, i'd be interested in the results. I use the spray for my candle molds all the time...

Not sure, but I have started using cut up pieces of flexible/disposable chopping mats. They peel right off the log of soap!

what kind of silicone spray is this and what is it made for? I have silicone spray but would never use it anywhere around soap as it smells like gasoline.

Has anyone sprayed their wood mold with silicone to line it? I have a can and was wondering if this would work...
