Shredded coconut in rebatched soap?

Hi I was wondering if you can use real shredded coconut in rebatched soap and if so should I use toasted or regular? TY!

Speaking of shredded coconut....

I'm planning to make a coconut bar with coconut milk, and am wondering about using shredded coconut in it. I hear you should let it sit out to get really dry for a couple of days first. Any advice?
