I have a challenge for those who ship. I challenge you to add up what you charged your customers for the last 20 orders you shipped, then add up your actual postage cost for those 20 packages. Report back here how you did. Did you loss money in shipping? I have been meaning to do this for a while. I will do this later today myself & report back.

Here are my results:

I charged: $77.70
Actual cost to ship: $85.20

I came out ahead $7.50. Maybe not exactly ahead, the $7.50 probably went twords tape. I recycle boxes & enveloes so I have o cost there & I allow the mailman to p/u my boxes so there is no gas cost.

I am going to try & break down all of my cost & see if I am profiting like I should be. I raised my product prices & my shipping last fall but I am still not *sure* they are right. At least this shows my shipping is fine.
