Seeking custom fit soap mold/partitions to fit inside rectangular molds

Is there a place that will custom make-to-fit soap partitions to fit inside my rectangular molds?

Or do you have suggestions for DIY plans on materials to use to create our own? The image attached is what I am looking for.
