I've been making salt bars as well crumbly little suckered arn't they!!!

Indeed they are. I was hoping that was the case and not that something went wrong. They unmolded good, but I think I sb too long as you can tell they weren't smooth in the mold.
 
Just wanted to give an update on these. When I made these, I used a silicone mold and it made six bars. I have given away two of those. Would you believe we are just now using up the last bar? Wow, those suckers last forever (Of course, I expected them to last a little longer since they are facial bars, but still four bars lasting for a little over a year is awesome!) It makes me want to change all my soap to salt bars because they last so long!
 
Looks like I'm not the only one with the soft corners hard bar problem with the salt bars XD

That is a lovely shade, they look fantastic and should feel fantastic too.
