I've made 100% coconut oil salt bars with 20% SF and found them to be drying even then! Does anyone else find them to be drying even with the high SF?

Nope, I still find them oily. Try cutting the coconut to 90% with 10% castor. Use what superfat you are comfortable with. I use 15% superfat

I cure them for at least 8 weeks before use. Age does wonders for salt bars. Maybe wait a while and try again.
