Have you seen the cavity molds that have a flange/lip around the perimeter? Like this (look closely at the third photo). I’ve been looking for an oval version forever. If anyone ever finds one, please let me know!

I got mine in 2019 from Ali Express. I searched oval silicone. They are thin and the weight of the batter flattens the oval a bit, which makes it match the open side of the mold. If I were home, I'd take a picture.

@Blufuz @artemis Do you think this mold is about the same? I passed it by due to the domed shape, but would be happy with a slightly flattened top. I have other molds by this company that are reasonably sturdy.

Basically is there a way to make a roundish bar that looks like commercial bars we all bought before we started filling our homes with soap?

I know they have a lot of different molds on Amazon, Ali Express, Etsy, Temu (I just received my first package of items ordered from there (which weren't much because I was testing the waters, but it is legit)
