Regulations when mixing Essential Oils for candles (Safety Data Sheet)

Hi

I want to use 100% Essential Oils that have the safety data sheet but when I see blends/mixes, do I need to test my candles or can I just put together labels?

Brambleberry.com has information on use with candles in the descriptions. Other suppliers most likely have info., also.

It is best to conduct a burn and scent test with any new candle combination. This way you know what the customer sees and smells when they burn the candle.
As far as UK regulations, I am not familiar with them.
