Red Palm Oil

I just purchased a gallon of 100% Virgin Organic Red Palm Oil


I want to try a batch using Red Palm Oil instead of standard Palm Oil.

Questions:

1) Does anyone know the SAP value for Red Palm Oil?
2) Has anyone had any experience (success or failures) using Red Palm Oil?

Red palm oil has the same SAP value as regular palm oil, .142. I have not used it, but been around a lot of people who have soaped it.
