It is my favorite soap calculator! It calculates dual lye, citric acid, masterbatched lye - plus I find it so much easier to use than soapcalc or soapee.

Yes, there is a free version and a paid upgrade. As @AliOop said, it is also my favorite soap calculator. It saves all your recipes (only 5 if not a paid member), allows batches. Allows adding your own additives if not already listed.

Yes, there is another subscription fee.

Yep 100% free to try out, just limits how many recipes you can have. This forum and that software are different entities.

I broke down and subscribed. Very happy I did now that I have used features in the upgrade. I was able to add Bayberry wax along with SAP numbers I found to the crown soap recipes I am experimenting with. Note: I discovered Bayberry wax contains eugenol and causes instant soap on a stick when using cold process! I can save each version of the recipe as a tweak it, and even though I print it out, I don’t have to re-enter info every time online to make changes. Even though I was reluctant to pay for the subscription, it was totally worth it!
