Is there any difference between Moroccan (red) clay, Kaolin coral clay and Brazilian red clay?

Where it comes from? And probably some shade variances depending on your recipe.

If you’re asking about color, check out the photos on this website, here and here.

The Brazilian red could be a kaolinite clay, while the Moroccan red could be an illite clay, but I wouldn’t expect much if any difference in how they behave in the recipe.
