Question for Paul ????????????

I am making a salt bar recipe as I'm writing this. I have a question about Fo's in salt bars. In previous batches I have used 1 oz/lb and the scent has all but disappeared. Should I be using about 1 1/2 oz/lb???????

I'm sorry guys for not getting back faster. I have been really busy in the TOG Shop making molds, cutters, soap decks and other soap tools. I'll be around more, promise! :wink:

I rarely go over 1 ounce PPO in my salt bars. The scent sticks as well or better than a regular CP bar. The salt absorbs the FO's and holds the scent.

Keep on trying. It might have been the certain FO you used.
