Pull tabs

It was just a thought... do they make shrink wrap with tabs for pulling? I had to re-wrap some soap today and thought it was a total pita to unwrap the soap. So I thought it might be nice to have a pull tab. I haven't really researched it yet. I did a quick google, but I don't kinow if i am looking up the right thing.

do you mean perforated shrink wrap? plenty of food items have shrink wrap with a perforation.

I have also seen gift wrapping tutorials where they use a piece of tape to create a pull tab. Maybe that’s something you can experiment with if you can’t find the product you’re looking for

This is the tutorial I meant. It uses a ribbon as a pull tab or add a piece of tape to the fold

no idea on the pull-tab idea but Majestic Mountain Sage sells "Dans Bands" soap shrink wrap with open ends and a perforated 'seam'. Makes it easy to open the soap, I've used them for years and put the seam on top or on the bottom, doesn't seem to matter.
BattleGnome that is a sweet tutorial, makes me want to go wrap stuff!!

WSP has shrink bands with the perforation. Makes opening them so much easier.
