A few things here - my answers are in red

1 smooth surface on the top. (palm wax, soy wax) - This is the nature of most soy waxes. It's hard to get a smooth top. Most candles that claim to be soy with smooth tops are a soy paraffin mix.
2 cracked wax inside the glass, cracked when it cooled down (palm wax) - Are you sure this wax is rated for containers. Sounds like you are probably using a pillar wax, not a container wax.
3 melting problem, does not melt completely on the top. I have a wax ring. (palm wax, soy wax) - You wick could be too small, but you won't know until you test burn the candle all the way to the end. Sometimes it will take 2-3 burns before you reach a full melt pool. And it looks like that container is tapered, so if you get a full melt pool on the first burn, the wick is most likely too big and will burn too hot once it reaches the end.
What happens on the 2nd or 3rd burn, is as the candle melts down it reaches the sides which will make the sides hot and that in turn will melt off the wax above it.

4. the wax fell out of the glass (palm wax, cracked wax) - Too much shrinkage of the wax which makes me think this is a pillar wax and not a container wax. Container waxes adhere to the sides of the jar, and not shrink completely away like pillar waxes do, which is what this wax did.

Hopefully this answered your questions and helps you get on the right track.

Thank you for your answer and knowledge. I will try to get a smooth surface on the top in future.
Are you sure this wax is rated for containers <-- I'm not sure, is no description about that on box. But the wax is very hard and brittle. In the form of small leaves

Next photos in a few days with wider wick
