Piping CP

Question: can you make CP loaf, wait a day. And then pipe CP on top? Will it stick? I have a design I want to do but I need to wait until I can get it out of mold, turn it upside down and then pipe

I have done that. Because I use an accelerating fragrance and a recipe for a hard bar, the soap is ready to cut in 18 hours or so, so I do the piping then
