I have been doing the soap thing now for a few months....but something has come to my attention making me wonder what is actually correct...
When calculating FO and EO percent in CP, do you insert into the calculator based on total weight of finished batch, or based on weight of oils only? For example: if I can use 6% FO and my oil weight is 34 oz and total batch weight is 48 oz, which do I base my calculations on?
