osoap recipe suggestion

i have attached a soap recipe .can someone let me know if i can proceed with this recipe.Also i have confusion in using water and lye crystals.from the pdf it is shown to use 103.15gm water and 68.77gm NAOH.can some one say if iam correct.I go for a 40 % lye concentration.

I'd up the palm to 30%-40%, take it from the olive.
