I have them hanging in a mesh wash bag under a canopy. Are problems/issues with this? Will they cure faster like this over having them inside?

I too would be concerned with bugs and dust etc... Also, it will depend on the weather/climate. They do need air circulation and I wouldn't want them touching each other during cure either.

I third the recommendation to keep dust and vermin safely away from soap. Bugs, mice, and possibly birds may find soap attractive. Also keep soap out of direct light -- exposure to UV causes soap to deteriorate.

Nothing will hasten cure. Only time will cure a soap and make it the best it's going to be. There's more to cure than evaporation.
But as others have said, that method doesn't seem to be the best way to go about it.
