Hello! I made a batch of soap last night and I was about to unmold it when I saw that there were puddles of oil in the top. Can this be salvaged? Any tips or thoughts on what could’ve caused this?

The oil on the top, and the slight "rice" look are classic signs of overheating.
If this were my soap, I would leave it in the mould and wait to see if the oil goes back into the soap (this can happen with mild overheating - major overheating shows up as soap expansion and cracking - see A picture of ricing, volcanos, separating, overheating)
Or you can rebatch it while it is soft (I would wait, but it is good to know alternatives).
