Since I'm back to one- handed soapmaking...again... I thought I'd peruse WSP's MP bases. I have a bunch of fall and Halloween scents that I really wanted to use. I was looking at their premium clear base, and the MSDS says, under first aid measures, Skin Contact: Wash immediately with plenty of soap and water.... Ummm...ok...lol

If they are undiluted, the same applies to EOs. Put raw eo in a plastic cup and watch as it eats through it! Diluted is fine, but straight from the bottle you should avoid getting any scent on your skin

I thought M&P bases are soap already, do they need diluting? I'm not sure if I understood your post correctly.

Ah, my mistake - you mentioned scents and I thought it was the safety sheet for the scents, not the base!

Yes, that is a pretty redundant piece of advice for a soap base
