I want to blend Oakmoss with Amber Core, and coumarin. Im thinking of ordering oakmoss absolute (low atranol) from perfumersworld. Should I be using the low atranol or should I order the pure oakmoss? Also apparently oakmoss has stability issues in soap, is this true? Thanks!

Absolute - coming from a perfumer - sounds like it probably contains alchohol. If that is the case it will most likely sieze your soap (unless you are using M&P, and even then, not sure how much of the scent will remain) so I would not use an absolute. I'm sure others will come in and give some good advice as well.
