NG's black licorice?

Has anyone used this? Does it stick? Does it smell a lot like the candy? I have a bottle but I also have a bad head cold and can't smell anything right now.

I have a request for 3 lbs of licorice soap for Christmas, I generally use anise EO but it fades too much. Really hoping using a FO or at least part FO will help it last longer.

I have used it. It does smell just like black licorice- not a real sweet smell though. It faded a bit but stuck. I had bars at about a year that still smelled like it but as strongly as I would like. I also mixed it with orange so wouldn't have used the licorice at full strength. My recollection is that it, or at least the licorice /orange peel blend, behaved well, but it was a long time ago!

Thanks, that helps. I'm ok with it fading a bit as long it does stay around some. This is for a family member who is crazy about the scent so I will be using the max amount. I'll mix in some of my start anise EO to sweeten it a bit though.
