New to palm oil

Oh I'm so excited. I just got my first palm oil, palm kernel flakes, and olive pomace. I am new to using these. I also bought 2 buckets of coconut oil 76 degrees. I now have to find a recipe using these things to make soap hp soap. If you happen to have a recipe using these things that you trust and wouldn't mind sharing it with me, I would be so thankful. On a side note, I made a beautiful soap last night that is yellow and peachy pink swirled with honeysuckle peach scent. I used yellow liquid dye and paprika for colors. I'll post a pick when I take one. I hope you are all having a wonderful day.

I would try:

25% either PKO or CO
40% palm oil
35% pomace

7% superfat

I forgot to add that I will be using lard in the recipe too.

Pomace is great for soap!

palm oil and lard are very similar chemically and are practically interchangeable in CP soap. They both contribute to a creamy lather.

Aye, I'm with JudyM - make a soap with palm or lard, but not both. Other than the PKO, my basics are the same as these.
