Hi!

I am a serial crafter who stumbled onto soap making a few years ago and fell in love. My first batch was a raw goat milk lemon poppyseed, and it was love at first lather. I used to be a science teacher and find saponification fascinating. Total geek here

I have lurked for a while but would now like to participate in the forums. I am planning on selling my soap (will be ready for Valentine's day!) - but I understand the rules for the business forum.

Anyway, I'm off to make a CP oatmeal stout beer soap using my husband's coffee stout.

Hi there! That's so cool that you use to teach science! I admire that! I'm a crafty one as well, been branching off to making my own homemade deodorant, etc. Soap making is the best tho! I want to eventually sell my soap, a lot of people ask me for samples.
