Made a batch with hinoki woods FO, it accelerated and heated in the mold. Good thing it smells so dang good.

Should be able to cut it as soon as it cools

Yes, its from the sage. Its such a wonderful deep woodsy scent but kinda sweet at the same time.
The crack closed up some once the loaf cooled a little. I got impatient and cut it already. It was still warm and a little soft.

If I remember right, it will discolor some. The yellow base is uncolored. Used brown oxide on the rest.

They look really nice Obsidian. I might have to try the fragrance, sounds like something I would like. The Sage has really nice fragrances.

I could send you a sample if you like. Nothing like buying a bottle to discover you hate it.

Nice soap! Brown oxide! I didn’t know there is such a thing.

I love brown oxide. It almost has a reddish tone that blends well. Add black for a chocolate brown or iron oxide for a rusty shade.
