Hi everyone! I finally got around to making my first batch. I have wanted to make CP soap for many years now! I decided to go with a Bramble Berry kit to easily obtain everything I would need to make CP soap since I've only made melt & pour. I know I probably should have kept everything simple for my first batch, but I have a tendency to go all in, especially when it comes to creating anything. I got the hanger swirl kit, and went with the colors included except I added some TD instead of leaving a third of the batter uncolored. It's scented with neroli and shea blossom FO and smells absolutely incredible! I'm thrilled with it so far and can't wait to cut it in a few days. I will definitely come back to post cut pictures. I lack photography skills, but hopefully it's a good enough picture to give y'all an idea.

You could knock me over with a feather! I went ahead and unmolded it earlier today because I couldn't stand it any more lol! It had just a couple of spots that stuck to the side. I just cut it, and I can't believe how well it turned out! I'm calling this beginner's luck! I couldn't possibly be any happier with it! Now the incredibly painful wait for it to cure! 😂

Awesome!! Best part of soap making is that you never know what is going to happen. As long as you take your time, pay attention, and don't obsess there is always the potential for awesome results. Once I learned to just accept that sometimes it is a crapshoot I enjoyed myself so much more.
