I was making some muscadine jelly for my mom yesterday and the skins make this wonderful purple color. So I saved them lol. I am wondering, I have never infused olive oil and I know you can do it with dried herbs, flowers, etc..but can you do it will fresh? I have been researching and have come up with cold and hot infusion. I do know that cold would not work because of the growth of mold, but I can not find out if hot would work. Any advice? Ideas?

Thank you!
