Whut? Is this possible?
I do MP and with conversations here (thank you for the inspirations!) I think I might want to try a shampoo bar for grey beards. Currently use a shampoo with blue/purple in it to keep grey/white beards bright (and counter the pozole stains! mmm...pozole). Did a search but did not really find much definitive info. It seems to me to just add some ultramarine blue and ultramarine violet, but I and my learning disabilities are usually and probably oversimplifying.
Did I miss some more definitive threads here on the subject?
We have a bit until our big bottle of Schwarzkopf shampoo is gone, but I am on a crafting roll these days - and best to take advantage before the ADD drags me off into some other project.

I googled bluing ingredient for grey hair and came up with this.

Thank you!
So...easy as taht. Will try this.
Slight side note: I do n ot think I will have a problem with 'too much' blue or violet. Currently a strip of my (longish, grey) beard is dyed Manic Panic Purple Haze.

What is aging gracefully?
I have never heard of this.
*giggle*

I've never made anything like this, but I have a friend who adds violet #2 to a liquid shampoo base for brightening her white hair (which is beautiful). @earlene added violet #2 to the Stephenson's syndopour shampoo bar M&P base. You can read about it in the links below.

Thank you.
My search-fu is so off these days - must be the brain problems.

I used to use this exact dye mixed with a cheap conditioner to use as a toner for bleached hair (before I dyed it ahem... bright seafoam green 🤣 )
