Here's my 1st attempt for the SMF challenge (can't enter it cos I didn't follow the rules correctly!! Oops!)

I was really annoyed that my lovely yellow morphed to orange!

Set, the following day

I'd made the half sized batch so I could flip it over and have another try without making two full batches. When I unmoulded it today with the 2nd soap on top and flipped it to see the original I was greeted with this, my lovely yellow came back!!

Here's the other side but we won't talk about that!!

Your color scheme makes more sense now Sonya, that's a beautiful yellow and beautiful swirl.

I love the morphed orange, as well as the original colour yellow/cream.

Lovely-looking soap as usual Sonya. I wonder, though, do the two layers stick well together? How long did you wait between the two layers?

Thanks

They seem to be stuck well. I CPOP the first side then flipped it around 18 hrs later. Then CPOP the other side

Oh my gosh. I LOVED the orange. It was so bold and bright and totally popped. I'm sorry you didn't like it; or that it wasn't supposed to be there. I guess I've been in Tennessee too long. We love our orange. The soaps are lovely. No respectable Vols fans will buy them :)grin:); but they are lovely all the same. You are quite talented.
