Lime Juice

Club Soda
Angostura Bitters (Walmart carries it in the beer/wine area)
Crushed Ice

Make your sugar syrup by dissolving 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of boiling water. Chill.

Juice your limes and slice some of them into long slivers for the bottom of your glass and garnish.

Use a 1:2:4 ratio (lime/syrup/rum) to make drinks. For example, to make one drink use 1/2 ounce of lime, 1 ounce of sugar syrup and 2 ounces of rum. For a pitcher full use 1 cup of lime juice, 2 cups of sugar syrup and 4 cups of rum. In each glass place a sprig of mint, a piece of lime rind and a bit of sugar. Use a wooden dowel or a fork or something that will allow you to mash the mint and lime with the sugar at the bottom of the glass. Fill glass with crushed ice then pour in your rum mixture plus about 3 drops of Angostura bitters into each glass, then top it off with the club soda. Stir and enjoy.....
