New to the whole soap thing so starting with rebatching & will hopefully move on to making from scratch. I'm making soaps for Christmas gifts at the moment - on a limited budget.
I want to make a moisturising soap. I have the following ingredients either to hand or easily accessable: Cocoa Butter, Vit E., Apricot Oil, Almond Oil, Goats Milk (liquid), Cows Milk (powder).
What, of those ingredients, might you use? & if I can be so bold - in what %?

No idea how old it is. I bought it from a local company that specialises in cosmetics for craft & small business.
It's a vegetable base. Hard to melt.

regardless of age I only add 1-2 tbs of distilled water and it melts with no problem. I also add 1-2 tbs of oil or combination of oil and butter. Adding goatsmilk will make a moisturizing bar so adding butters will just make it more wonderful!
