I seem to be a rebatch addict. Honestly, I don't mind it. It seems to have such a bad rep; but if you don't like what you did, then I think of it as drawing over an old sketch you weren't happy with, rather than starting on a new piece of paper.

Long story short, I rebatched some "chocolate chip cupcakes" that were pretty ugly, and it came out a nice mocha color. Then I decided that this loaf needed some frosting, so after a bit of research I came up with a frosting recipe that wasn't difficult at all, very minimal whipping.

I'm hoping the frosting will harden more. I added some orange EO to the frosting but it seems to have melded into the general cacao butter scent. They are more confetti-looking in the pics than in real life but I'm OK with that. They lather up well. I'm happy I did this.
