Masterbatching lye- how to?

first time master batching after all this time.. need help
so if I make 50/50 1:1 as i am understanding
and i make 64 oz 32 lye 32 water by weight

can I just place in soap calc 1:1 in the water to lye and just
pour out what i need?

since my masterbatch is 50 percenet lye ?


if I then change to 36 percent
I then 5.77 lye x 2
water 10.25 -5.77= 4.48

is this correct.

also I weight out all my lye and water and ended up with less than 64 oz is this due to evaporation
should i add back the water to equal 64oz
