Marketing Research.. How do I do this? and Sales Projections

ok, working on business plan.. financial aspect is freaking me out. I need this for well.. you guys know why I need the business plan! How do I figure projections on very little info that I have from my first business when I had no plan..?? googling it makes my head swim.. and Ideas guys?

It took me three years to finally get my business straight. I have no clue about projections...

I say take it step by step. Baby steps. Develop your product first!! Have a final plan for design and ingredients and all that FIRST! Develop a website.

I finally got my site (re)done and I STILL haven't decided how I like my packaging! I have three different styles (My site packaging, exclusive Etsy packaging, and exclusive ArtSpot packaging)

I say the biggest investment you need to make is on a camera and a photo tent. 100%.
