Making Lotions

Hello everyone,

I've finally gotten into making lotions! I never realized how much easier it is than making soap...haha.

Anyhow, my question is; I'm currently using sweet almond oil and apricot kernel oil, to make my lotions, would it be possible to make the lotion with coconut (hard) and canola oil(liquid)?

I presume you mean 72 degree coconut? Then yes you can. I wouldn't use canola due to its short shelf life.

ditto on not using canola oil due to its potential for rancidity. also, sadly, ditto for hempseed oil
