Making Liquid Dye with Lakes

Hello everyone,
I am hoping to get some help. I have been trying to find where the amount of a Lake dye to put into a gallon of glycerin is. I have all of my Lakes and glycerin but to make a concentrate would I put a half ounce of the Lake into a gallon? Very frustrating.
