M&p end product feels oily

My rose soap base m&p feels oily after setting. I only added some crushed rose petals mixed with a bit of rose water to the base along with rose eo.

The end product feels very greasy.......why.....is there anything I can do.... please help

There are several types of M&P base, so it probably depends on the ingredients of the base and how much EO and rosewater you added.

I added 2-3 tsp of rose water and 20-25ml of eo to one kilogram of rose soap base

How is your soap now? curious as to whether it was the water that make it feel oily.
