my lotion did not fully emulsify because i did not blend long enoughdo i need to reheat it or can i just blend it some more

reheat, add what you need A(ewax sounds to be) add more presev (because you probably burned it off) and blend again.

Next time you make lotion go with Polawax. It makes a better emulsifier.
I would also keep this batch just for own personal use.
