I saw a YouTube video of a small device that when clicked induces a flame if directed at a candle wick. What is this called?

Is this for an oil lamp or oil wicking candle? If so, it could be a flint stiker or spark igniter.

ETA: Was it something like this?

Or was it two parts that are rubbed together to create a spark?

The former can be found in hardware stores that carry welding supplies or lab equipment supplies. The latter can be found with camping gear.

FYI, these types of igniters won't work with wax candles.
