I've tried several and have yet to find a really good Honeydew fragrance that can survive the CP soap process.

I'm looking for a good Honeydew that will stick at least 6 months in CP soap.

Any suggestions?

Honeydew Pear from Nature's Garden is a nice, true melon scent. Buuuuhhht ... it fades in soap too. I used it at 5% in CP and my notes say it is faint after only a few months. Sorry I don't have a good suggestion for you.

Did you use clay to Anchor the scent in your cold process soap?

Honestly, clay doesn't work. I think it's one of those "it should work so therefore it DOES work" kind of things. IMO, it's far better to choose scents that last on their own merits than expect anything from a so-called anchor like clay.

Where do you predominantly get your fragrances from?
