@maya Can you tell me what is preventing you from logging in? What the trouble is? And are you on a phone app, mobile browser or a laptop? Is there storms in the area?

I looked at your account and could not see any reason for the problem. And I was online about 10:30 just before you posted this so I know the site was working as it should at that time.

But, please let me know if it's still happening. If it is, please give me the information requested from above.

Were you having log in issues on this site or the Calculator?

I have reported it. Did you ever tell me what method you use to access the calculator? Phone (what kind) or tablet or laptop with what windows and browser?

What error message are you getting when trying to log in? So far you're the only one having this issue.
Give me all the information that you can. Thanks

Hi, I just entered my modified bastille into SMFriend, expecting to get a cleansing number for olive oil, but it is still showing my recipe as -0- cleansing. Am I wrong that OO actually should have a value here? I also thought that the additives facility which was so thoughtfully built in would affect the end-result numbers, but all numbers came in exactly as on SoapCalc. I'm thinking specifically now of my salt not affecting the hardness # and sugar not affecting the bubbles #.

Also, I can't register. It's telling me my user name Meena and email address are invalid. Oh no, I've been erased!! :D

I would think I'd be automatically logged in by virtue of being logged into the Forum, but it wasn't the case.

    thank you.

No, OO has a zero cleansing number so all 100% olive oil soaps have a zero cleansing number. It doens't matter what calculator you use, you will get the same result.

I cannot answer the other questions, as I am not one of the developers. Just what I know about OO.

But I don't know how the developer could actually calculate for additives. That would be rather an intricate matter.

Thanks, Earlene. I could have sworn someone mentioned that olive oil cleanses and/or has a cleansing number.

I may be wishful thinking on the other points. I thought it was more cut-and-dried. Newbies!!! Gotta love 'em!! :rolling:

Do you mean re-registering for the Forum itself? Because I was never registered for Soap Making Friend.
Pardon me if I totally misunderstood you!

I am reading this as you are not able to log into Soap Making Friend. You have to register there separately from your log in here.
So, if you have not registered there to be a member, please try to do that now.
