Good afternoon.
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to use beer that has been boiled to make liquid soap.
I have tried the hot process making of liquid soap and also the 30 minute one. They have come out really nice. My family owns a craft brewery and right now brewing on our farm. I use the beer, boil it and freeze it and make cp soap which is very nice. Most people respond when they see it and say ewww it must smell like beer??!! No, I reply it doesn't. When they do try it they are amazed.
Thanks so much.

I would be okay with using beer to saponify the ingredients to make the soap paste, just as you are doing with your bar soap, but I wouldn't use beer to dilute the soap -- I'd stick with distilled water only.
