I just checked my order history. The last time I ordered from BCN was about a year ago. My order total was $24.45 plus shipping of $6.31. I know that shipping cost was adjusted from the UPS estimated rate. BUT, it was shipped with Spee-Dee delivery which is available for shipments to all of MN, WI, IA, IL and some of MO, NB, ND, SD. So, unless you are in those states, I'm not sure there would be a price adjustment for shipping.
