Leak proof containers for salt scrubs?

I want to try making salt scrubs that would be basically a blend of salt and oil and a few other things but my main concern is what sort of container could I use to sell/ship it in that wouldn't leak during shipping without requiring a multi thousand dollar sealing machine?

Have you tried using sealing lid-liners, along with shrink wrap for the jars?

I didn't try anything yet I want to find a leak proof container before I attempt anything.

I see wholesalesuppliesplus.com has some, do they seal even with oil based content?
