Finally had a chane to soap again and so i whipped up some salt bars. CO, AVO, and castor with Lemongrass EO. They were cut within two hours of moulding up :Kitten Love: the bars were still really warm to the touch, but really hard. Now for a good long cure............

curious about molds with a cutting guide...care to share a pic Craig?

Certainly - The first image shows the mould in "Soaping" mode. There is a block that make the mould 'finished' and I put my liner in here then pour the batter.

The second picture is cutting mode - When the soap is ready to cut, I take the block away, remove the soap from the liner and put it back in the mould, sliding it out until it hits the other block by my finger. I then cut using the edge of the mould as my guide. The paler line is where the knife strikes

Not pretty, but simple and efficacious.
