Labels for your B&B products

I am curious to see what others put on their warning labels for their B&B products. Would you mind sharing with me?

I don't put a warning label on there.

My scrubs say:

Tub may become slippery.
Avoid contact with eye area.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
The saftey of this product has not yet been determined by the FDA.

All other products just have the last 2 lines.

Discontinue use if reaction to product. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

I have certain soaps labelled "Not for use on sensitive skin" right on the label. For everything else I include a little card that has "Common Sense Cautions" on one side and why to choose handmade soap on the other side.
Here are my cautions...

~Use on a small area of skin first, if irritation occurs, discontinue use
~Please read ingredients carefully, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin
